Why Calculate Troop Might?
Understanding your troop might is crucial in Lords Mobile for several reasons:
- Power Tracking: Monitor your overall account growth and the contribution of your army to your total might.
- War Planning: Estimate the strength of your marches or garrisons. While stats and counters are key, might gives a general power level.
- Event Participation: Some events require specific might levels or reward might increases (e.g., Guild Fest, Hell Events).
- Resource Management: While this calculator focuses on might, knowing the might-per-troop helps in long-term planning for training goals. Higher tier troops provide more might but cost significantly more resources and time.
Understanding Troop Tiers & Types
Lords Mobile features four primary troop types, each with its own strengths and weaknesses in a rock-paper-scissors system (Infantry > Ranged > Cavalry > Infantry). Siege Engines are specialized units, generally strong against traps and slower but powerful in large numbers.
Troops are also divided into tiers (T1 to T5):
- T1 (Tier 1): Cheapest and fastest to train, lowest might and stats. Useful for gathering and as meat shields in some scenarios.
- T2 (Tier 2): A good balance for early to mid-game. More powerful than T1s and still relatively quick to train.
- T3 (Tier 3): Solid mid-game troops, offering a good might boost and combat effectiveness before unlocking T4s.
- T4 (Tier 4): The standard for late-game combat. Powerful, but expensive and time-consuming to train and heal. Requires significant research.
- T5 (Tier 5): The most powerful troops, requiring immense resources, research (Luminous Gear), and time. They offer the highest might and combat stats.
Each tier and type combination has a specific might value per individual troop, which this calculator uses for its calculations.
