GPA Calculation Formula
The following formula is used to calculate your GPA.
GPA = (Total Grade Points) / (Total Credit Hours)
Variables:
- GPA is the Grade Point Average.
- Total Grade Points is the sum of grade points earned.
- Total Credit Hours is the sum of credit hours attempted.
To calculate the GPA, multiply each grade by its corresponding credit hours, sum all the grade points, and then divide by the total credit hours.
